There is no charge and no contract. We confirm every request by calling the phone number listed for your practice, so nobody else can claim it.
Become a partner clinic
Partner clinics receive every patient in their area who asks for their type of care and has an insurance plan they take - not only the patients who ask for them by name. There is one partner per area and type of care. Every request has already told us the patient’s insurer, plan type and reason for visiting. Ask about it in the form above.
