How Humana usually covers acupuncture

Some Humana plans cover acupuncture, most often for long-term pain such as chronic back pain, and usually with a set number of visits a year. What you actually pay depends on your plan: the yearly visit limit, your copay or coinsurance, and how much of your deductible is left.
